Muskito’s Cage is a play-to-earn mini-game on the Cardano blockchain.
Each play is tied to a real on-chain payment. Climb the leaderboards and share the prize pool!

🎮 How it works

  1. ① Connect a CIP-30 compatible wallet (Nami, Eternl, Lace, …).
  2. ② Choose your payment method: ADA or KITOS.
  3. ③ Send the transaction to start your run.
  4. ④ After on-chain confirmation, your score is recorded.

  • 🏆 All-Time Top 20 — best scores since day one.
  • ⏰ Last 15 Days — top 10 within the current reward period.

💰 Prize pool & distribution (Mainnet)

Every 15 days, the period closes and the pot is distributed:

  • 🛠️ 50% to development & operations.
  • 🥇 25% to 1st place
  • 🥈 15% to 2nd place
  • 🥉 10% to 3rd place

Only confirmed on-chain payments count toward the pot.

🪙 Payments

  • ADA: ₳2.00 per play.
  • KITOS: discounted entry — ₳1.60 ADA-equivalent per play.

When paying with KITOS, a small amount of ADA is still required by the Cardano network to process the transaction. The total cost is always shown in your wallet before confirmation.
In Mainnet, both ADA and KITOS are accepted. In Preprod, only ADA may be enabled.

  • All entries are verified on-chain before being accepted.

❓ FAQ

When do prizes get paid?
Right after the period closes and winners are finalized.

Can scores be faked?
No — a valid confirmed transaction is required; off-chain scores don’t count.

What if I pay but the game doesn’t start?
Your transaction must confirm on-chain. Once confirmed, the session unlocks and your score is tracked.

Only one top placement per wallet?
Only the best score for each wallet is eligible for rewards. The leaderboard may show the same wallet in multiple top positions, but only the highest score counts. See the Winners page for more details.
